The Function of Sulfur
Nowadays, since the lifestyle of most people has changed, they are not having enough nutrition for their body to be healthy and fit. Busy people don’t have enough time to have healthy food especially for lunch because they need to go to a meeting and they only have less than one hour to have lunch so they will choose the fast food restaurant. The other thing that can cause people have less nutrition for their body is because the wrong diet program which in turn will make the body feel weak or even get attacked by certain disease.
One simple example of the nutrition or substance which is needed by the body to be healthy and fit is sulfur which usually contains in vegetables, fruits and meat. Now you might have a question in your mind of what sulfur does in our body? Well, sulfur is needed in the body because it is the only substance which can form collagen which is the main composition of cartilage.
If you don’t have healthy and well formed cartilage, you will be hard to move or you will feel the pain in your joints or muscles because cartilage is kind of shock absorber between the joints in the body.
